- [Narrator] The library's panel has a fast and easy way to create patterns and shapes and color themes and gradients from an image. I'm going to start with the libraries panel. I'll use the fly out menu and create a new library. I'll call it sunflower and then create the library. Now, in order to add a pattern, I'm going to click on the plus icon at the bottom of the library and choose create from image. Now because the background was targeted, Photoshop will automatically use that as the content to create the pattern, but we can always click on the plus icon if I wanted to navigate to and use a different image. There are a number of different patterns that I can choose from. I can also scale the image that I want to create the pattern from. And then I can reposition the area that I want to select for my pattern. We can also rotate the image in order to create a different pattern. And when I like the pattern…
