Changing colors using Vibrance, Hue/Saturation, and Color Balance

- [Instructor] There are a number of different ways to make adjustments to color or color ranges in Photoshop. We're going to take the next few minutes in order to explore the vibrance, hue and saturation, and color balance adjustment layers. So, the vibrance adjustment layer actually has two sliders, the vibrance and the saturation slider, and both of these sliders are relative. So, the vibrance slider doesn't change the yellows and the oranges as much as the saturation slider does. And it's really great if you have a person in an environment and you want to pop the colors, like the blues and the greens, but you don't want to pop the skin tones. The saturation slider is also relative. It changes colors more equally, meaning that it also changes the oranges and the yellows, but it does keep a relative difference between the colors so they don't all end up being the same 100% saturation.
