- All right now, it's time for us to learn, to draw some more complex paths. And we're going to learn a few keyboard shortcuts on the way because we need to figure out how to convert a curved path to a corner point and how to split direction lines. And I find it much easier to do this with keyboard shortcuts than to always have to come back and still act some different tools. I'll zoom into 100%, and then we will view this complex paths area. With a pen tool selected, I will click once to set down my first anchor point, then click again to set down the second anchor point, and to add the third one we'll just click right there in the middle. Now in order to reposition that we can hold down the command key that will give me my selection tool, and then we can drag this down. But to convert this curved point to a corner point, I either need to switch tools to the convert point tool, or I need to know that holding down the…
