- Often when I'm collaborating with others and I need to hand off images to a client. I either need to hand off a series of small image thumbnails or create a more formal multi page presentation. Let's take a look at how easy Photoshop makes these two tasks. I'll start here in Photoshop and choose file, and then automate, and then PDF presentation. I'll need to browse in order to select my images. I'll choose these six and then click open. I can choose between creating a multi page document or a presentation when I enable presentation, and then have additional options to advance and loop and select a transition. For now I'll choose multi-page document. I'm going to include the file name as well as the extension. And then I'll choose to save this. I'll go ahead and give it a name.
