Sharing libraries
- [Teacher] There are times when you may want to share the contents of a library with members of a team or distribute the contents to other people. Photoshop has two different ways to do this depending on the amount of control you want over the assets in the libraries. So first, we will select the library that we want to share. And we can either click on this icon here, or we can use the Fly Out menu and choose to invite people. That's going to take us to the Creative Cloud desktop app and it will automatically display the invite window. We can then enter in the person's email that we want to invite and choose whether that person can edit or just view the assets in the library. Once we invite the person, the person receiving the invite will receive an email where they can then accept the invitation. And as soon as they accept, they're going to have access to the library. So the owner of a library is going to see an icon…
