- [Instructor] There are a number of different ways to zoom in and out in an image as well as to pan around to see different areas. Let's go ahead and select these two images in Bridge, and I'll use Command + 0 on Mac or Control + Zero on Windows in order to open them both into Photoshop. Now to select the Zoom tool, we can either choose it from the toolbar or we can tap the z key in order to select it. Now, every time I click in the image, it's going to zoom in, and we can see that there's a plus in the center of the icon telling me that we will, in fact, zoom in. If I want to zoom out, I can either select the zoom out tool in the options bar. We can see now that it has a minus in it or we can toggle at any time between these two, zooming in and zooming out, by holding down the Option key on Mac or the Alt key on Windows.
